You will be joining an established market leading Construction company within the design and technical side of the business. The role could ideally suit a Junior or senior person .. looking to develop your experience as a CAD Technician/ BIM role with a company who can guide you and bring you on to the next level. This is an exciting time to be joining a well established Market Leader at a time of investment and growth, with a New MD taking a fresh approach to an already successful formula.
You will be working in a busy friendly open plan office environment, within a team of 10 ambitious highly motivated  CAD Designers. Whilst Experience in Autodesk Revit is essential a Construction background, technical design of perhaps Flooring/ Roofing,  familiar with the calculation of Loads within weight bearing applications would all be an advantage but not essential.

• Proficient with Revit and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

• Previous experience working as a CAD Technician with some BIM exposure would be an        advantage.

• Experience of reading technical drawings

• An enthusiastic team player, excellent communication skills with positive work ethics.
