Home Based in a National Role
10 years ago a Sales Manager secured this role and is now the MD of the Company .. he is looking for a like minded ambitious person to come in to fill his shoes and potentially follow in his footsteps.
You will need to be a successful New Business winner of National Accounts within the Building Services, Facilities Management sector perhaps from Security, Lighting, Cleaning contracts etc. We are looking for a confident professional with experience of negotiating high value service contracts to win New Business. The role is National and will be home based with a Berkshire based HQ.
You will play a key role in delivering future growth through securing new and profitable contracts. To help make your job easier you will be representing a company with an incredible track record of supplying services to many of the largest Commercial Companies across the UK with numerous case studies and happy customers serviced by a dedicated team of engineers offering a Nationwide service on a local basis to all of your customers.
Role Responsibilities;
- Gain new contracts through new business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, convert leads to order and account manage the delivery of services.
Skills and Experience Required;
Sales experience within the Service Sector, with a proven track record of generating revenue through new sales prospects.
