Document Administrator
£22,600 + 33 Days Holiday
This role would suit a candidate with a good Admin background, with an inquisitive mind, somebody who enjoys attention to detail. You will manage your own clients uploading the details of your clients orders onto an internal software system which will allow the tracking and specification for each bespoke order as it goes through manufacturing and out for delivery.
You will be inputting and amending drawings and procedures using email, internet based portal sites and our own software. The role is varied and will include working closely with many departments including Sales, Inspection, Quality Assurance, Credit Control, Production and the Technical Design office, it really is a job that comes with lots of autonomy and job satisfaction. Ideally you will have good basic IT skills to include Word/Excel etc. You will work within the office on a manufacturing site alongside 5 colleagues so plenty of people to bounce off whilst learning the ropes and report to a very knowledgeable and helpful manager who will help you to settle in and develop.
