Electro Mechanical Pumps Engineer
£38,000 to £44,000 including typical overtime and Flexible dependent upon skills and experience
Working hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday although we can flexible if required for the right candidate.
Overtime is almost always available during the week (typically 5 to 10 hours totally optional) and at weekends which is all paid at overtime rates some Fitters working up to 15 hours per week are earning c.£52,000 per year.
This is a permanent fully employed role ,Stoke-on-Trent based with some travel abroad with Competitive Salary and overtime taking you up to c£45,000 per year.
The role requires a hands-on engineer, ideally with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic experience, it is a very secure and varied role working within Pumps, Valves and the Nuclear Industry based out of the ST4 are of Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workshop activity building and repairing pumps.
- Testing of pumps.
- Technical and sales support to group companies and distributors, which will involve international travel and on-site installation and fault finding.
- Selection and despatch of pump parts to customers.
- Involvement in prototype building and new product development.
- Some overseas travel
