USA and Asia Territory Sales Manager

£75,000 to £85,000 Basic + Bonus + 33 days Holidays

You will be joining a Global British Family Group within a relatively new and exciting cutting edge businesses, this is a role and environment where you can make a real difference to help us and you to develop together.

A Technical or Similar Sales background will help secure this role with cutting edge products into throughout Europe into Distributors , based from our Staffordshire office, with Global travel to the USA and Asia. Package and prospects very flexible and open for negotiation based on experience and drive.

Ideally you will come from a Technical Sales background with strong business development skills, happy to travel. The role will be developing existing business whilst also setting up new Distributors where needed, typically c.3 weeks away 3 times per year visiting Distributors USA and Asia including Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and China plus 2 one week trips to trade shows. Ideally you will have experience of Selling/managing Distributors supporting them with their customers to win new orders.

This role calls for someone who is ambitious, financially motivated and takes pride in providing the best solutions for your customers, managing existing and setting up new distributors throughout Europe and potentially some further afield in time.

The successful candidate will need to be based within 40 minutes of Stoke on Trent, unfortunately we are unable to consider candidates looking to relocate or looking for a hybrid or remote working role it is HQ based when not overseas.
