£45,000 Basic Negotiable + 33 Days Holiday 

A rare opportunity to join a global engineering company.   Ideally you will have experience of working within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment, with IOSH, NEBOSH Health & Safety qualifications.  Able to demonstrate current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation/application.  With a personable approach you will enjoy and are at your best in a hands on Management role influencing and convincing others of HSE improvements and benefits and able to lead your HSE agenda by example.

If you are looking for a role where you will be a key member of the Management team  where you can contribute to improving the business including bringing in your new ideas and implementing change then this could be the ideal role for you.  You will work closely with and support various internal departments (including heavy and hazardous manufacturing processes), projects and supply chain in planning, reviewing and achieving HS&E objectives. This is a constantly evolving environment where you will help ensure both existing and new projects undertake suitable HS&E pre-start review prior to commencing, ensuring the risk mitigation and updated at regular intervals along with holding lessons learnt review meetings.
