£30,000 to £40,000 Plus Bonus + Health Care

Coming from Electrical or an Energy (perhaps Solar or Wind)background, you will be an organised customer facing Projects manager/supervisor looking for a long term career within a progressive company who have a track record of identifying talent and rewarding with a good package, prospects and ongoing training and development .

You will be based at our Manchester HQ, with travel to conduct on site visits Nationally to conduct site surveys to help ensure all grid applications are submitted efficiently along with the smooth installation of the company roof-top and ground mounted solar PV projects across the UK , ensuing delivery is efficient and to a high standard. Responsibility will include ensuring al G99 applications are submitted on time with updates provided weekly with relevant documents. Due to this being a National role it could help make the occasional long trips easier if you have the flexibility to be able to stay away overnight once or twice per month, however most appointments can be made mid-morning to ease travelling to the site and back in a day.

As this is a customer facing role, your communication skills and a pleasant manner will be a great advantage in motivating others and moving projects along.  You will manage and be responsible for the H&S on site and organising and managing external and internal contractors, fitting teams, scaffolders etc. Producing consistent communication with the clients throughout the projects including technical support to colleagues and customers

You will need to be Health and Safety qualified, computer literate ideally have an understanding of Electrical Systems and of Solar Generation (although not essential) and have a UK driving licence.
