After you join you will then have 2 years to learn the industry from the inside out, starting off in the Manufacturing, Quality Control with exposure to the sales process and customers, before moving into a full time Technical Sales role 2 years down the line.

You will need to have a degree in Engineering, Technical or Business Studies and looking for a long-term career which will lead to a UK and Global Sales role for an International Market Leader in an industry where you don’t have any competition the emphasis is on quality, delivering what you promise and growth. The 2 years you will spend learning the industry will prove invaluable when you move into the Sales role in order for you to understand the customers problems, applications and solutions better than they do themselves.

This is a truly one off opportunity for a Technically minded professional with the ambition to carve a career in Sales but prepared to roll your sleeves up and get involved with the whole process first. Once trained you will manage large accounts which will include Industrial, Retail, Building Trades and the Automotive industry. You will be joining a well-established business offering job security, with innovative new products.
